1] Including acquisitions less disposals of valuables. 2] The indicators “Industrial Production Index” (to the monthly average for 2018) and “Producer Prices Index” (to the annual average for 2010) are calculated by types of activity: “Mining and quarrying of natural minerals”, “Manufacturing”, “Electricity, gas and steam supply; air conditioning”, “Water supply; water disposal, organizing of collection and utilization of wastes, activities on liquidation of pollution” (according to 2nd version of the Russian Classification of Economic Activities, sections B,C,D,E). 3] The section also contains the values of “Consumer Price Index” in the Russian Federation for goods and services to the average annual prices of 2000. This is not related to the requirements of the SDDS but is necessary for statistical production. 4] Excluding statistical information on: Lugansk People’s Republic, Donetsk People’s Republic, Kherson Region and Zaporozhye Region. 5] Data on Central Government and General Government Operations are GFS data (compliant with GFSM-2014). Data for reference periods prior to Jan'19/Dec'18 (2017/2016 for GGO) were based on budget execution reports compiled using national standards and definition. Vintage data for both budget reports (national standards) and GFS (GFSM-2014) are availible on Federal Treasury website, while MoF provides budget report summaries.
