Ministry of Finance of Kazakhstan

The Russia-Kazakhstan Financial Dialogue was launched in 2019 between the Ministry of Finance of Russia and the Ministry of Finance of Kazakhstan and is used as an instrument to coordinate and align positions on a broad range of relevant issues between the financial authorities of the two countries.

The first meeting of the Dialogue was held on November 20, 2019 in Nur-Sultan (Kazakhstan). The second meeting of the Dialogue took place on September 24, 2021 in Moscow. The next Financial Dialogue is expected to be held in Kazakhstan in 2023. One of the preliminary agenda’s issues is to cover fiscal balance and stability in Russia and Kazakhstan.
