1998 Senior Controller and Auditor in the Bodies of the Controlling and Auditing Department of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation for the Novosibirsk Region;

1999–2004 Deputy Director of Division, Director of Division – Chief Accountant, Deputy Director of Department – Director of Division of Finance and Taxation Policy of the Administration of the Novosibirsk Region;

2004–2008 Acting Director of Department, Director of Department of Financial and Taxation Policy of the Novosibirsk Region;
