2016–2020 Deputy Director of the Tax and Customs Policy Department of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation;

2020–p.t. Director of the Department of Customs Policy and Alcohol and Tobacco Market Regulation of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation.

Education

2005 Graduated from the Russian Customs Academy with a degree in Business Economics and Management (Customs), Economist-Manager.
