2001–2007 Lead Specialist, Chief Specialist of the Office of the Federal Antimonopoly Service for the Novosibirsk Region (formerly, the Novosibirsk Territorial Department of the Ministry of Antimonopoly Policy and Entrepreneurship Support of the Russian Federation);

2007–2017 Deputy Head, Head of the State Order Placement Control Department of the Federal Antimonopoly Service;

2017–p.t. Director of the Department of Budget Policy in Government Procurement of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation.

Education

Education: higher. Graduated from the Modern Humanities Institute with a degree in Jurisprudence, and the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (University) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation (MGIMO) with a master’s degree in Jurisprudence.
