Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation hereby informs about the decision not to fulfill any investor’s order made during the auction of OFZ № 24021RMFS placement on 12 August, 2020 due to the absence the acceptable level of bids.

The Ministry considered inexpedient to place the floating rate OFZ, which provides investors with effective hedge against the interest-rate risk, with a significant price discount to current market levels without attracting a substantial amount of funds.
